みなさん初めまして！
8月から新スタッフとしてストーリーシェアバギオ校に加入しましたTadaといいます。私は2014年4月から10週間ほどストーリーシェアバギオ校で勉強しました。
私が英語を勉強し始めたのは勤めていた会社を退職し、初の世界一周クルーズに参加した事がキッカケでした。20ヶ国以上の国へ行きましたがほとんどの国の人は英語を話す事ができました。彼らの英語が上手かったのかどうかは、当時英語力ほぼゼロの私にはわかりませんでしたが・・・
英語が話せない事で彼らとコミュニケーションを取るチャンスを最大限に活かせませんでした。そこで私が思ったのは、「もし英語を話せたら人生もっと楽しくなる！」という事。
そんな中でも海外で色んな人、モノを見て自分の世界は何て小さかったんだろうと思いました。それまでにも「海外に行けば視野が広がるよ」という人がたくさんいましたが、今や私も彼らの中の1人です。
海外旅行も終わり、どうやって英語を勉強したら良いかと考えていた頃にフィリピンの事を友人から聞いて、実際にフィリピン留学を経験します。
私は2回のフィリピン留学で５つの語学学校(BECI,A&J,CNE-1,PINES,Storyshare)でトータル10ヶ月間勉強しましたが自分の目標とする英語レベルに到達するにはまだまだ努力が必要です。そしていくつか選択肢はありましたが、この学校のスタッフになる事に決めました。
あたり前ですが、この学校の生徒さんは英語を勉強したいと思っている人々です。そして今やフィリピンには数えきれないくらいの語学学校がある中でこのストーリーシェアを選んだという事。その縁を大事に、そしてそんなみなさんが快適な留学生活を送れるようできる限り頑張りますのでよろしくお願いします。
Hello, everyone!
I’m Tada, a new staff in Storyshare Baguio from this month.I stayed here for 10 weeks last year.
The reason why I started studying English was that I quit my job in 2012 and joined a cruise ship tour,going around the world.
Through this voyage, I went to many countries and saw lots of foreigners.
Technically, I was a foreigner though.
Most of the people whom I met in other countries spoke English.
Since my English level at that time was so poor, I didn’t know if their English was really good.
But I thought if I could speak English well, my life would be much more exciting and I also realized that I had lived in such a small world for a long time.
I knew many people,saying “if you go to foreign countries,you can broaden your horizon”.Now, I am one of them.
After I went back to Japan,I considered how I should study English.Then I knew that a friend of mine was in the Philippines to study English and I followed him.
I studied abroad to the Philippines twice and stayed in 5 English schools ,such as BECI,A&J,CNE-1,PINES and Storyshare.My total stay as a student in the Philippines is more than 10 months.
But I still need to make more efforts to achieve my target level of English.
Although I had some choices for that,I finally decided to join the staff of this school.
I know the students here at Storyshare are willing to improve their English.They chose this school despite the fact that there are so many English schools in the Philippines.I’d like to cherish the opportunities and do my best.
